Hulle weet nie wat ons weet nie!

For more than a decade, organisations across the continent have used Pfortner’s StealthWAN ( https://www.pfortner.co.za/solutions/stealthwan/ ) to secure critical network infrastructure. In all this time, we have communicated vulnerabilities confidentially with clientele and assisted them in private sessions to patch and resolve these vulnerabilities, choosing to never publicly release any product vulnerability on the Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE) database.

One of our customers asked us WHY?

  • Pfortner, as a leading provider of cybersecurity solutions, places customer security at the forefront of our mission. To underscore our dedication to protecting sensitive data and communications, we have made a strategic choice not to release vulnerabilities on the Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE) database.

  • As a network obfuscation and perimeter security system, we do no post vulnerabilities in the public domain but rather work with our clientele in private to ensure that their security systems are patched and their overall posture is not compromised. We believe that this strategic decision reduces the risk of exploitation for our esteemed customers, offering heightened protection against known threats.
