For Gmail specifically, our SecureEMAIL application uses the authentication to enable sending of end-to-end encrypted emails that you create and originate directly through our mail client. We do not access, collect, or process any cleartext emails, existing inbox content, or non-encrypted messages from your Gmail account. Only emails initiated via SecureEMAIL are handled, and they remain encrypted throughout the process to ensure your privacy and security.
We want to inform our Service users that these third parties have access to your Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.
Data Retention
We retain the limited data collected from third-party integrations (e.g., email addresses and OAuth data) for as long as your account is active and you continue using our services. This data is used solely to maintain your access and functionality within our system. Retention ends automatically upon uninstallation of our application, cancellation of your services with us, or upon processing a valid data deletion request (see below). We may retain anonymized or aggregated data for analytical purposes, but it will not be identifiable to you. If required by law, we may retain certain data for longer periods, such as for accounting or dispute resolution.
Data Deletion
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time. Upon receiving a verified request, we will delete your data (including email addresses and OAuth-related information from third-party integrations) from our systems within a reasonable timeframe, typically 30 days, unless retention is required by law. We will confirm receipt of your request and notify you once the deletion is complete. Note that deletion may impact your ability to use our services, and some data may persist in backups for a short period (e.g., up to 90 days) before being permanently removed.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
